Professor Emeritus Dean Nimmer Receives Distinguished Teaching of Art Award
The College Art Association has honored Professor Nimmer with the Distinguished Teaching of Art Award and will present it to him at its annual conference in Chicago on February 10.

Alumna Maya Luz will vie for the top prize on season 7 of Project Runway, which debuts January 14 at 10pm on Lifetime.

Archy LaSalle '82 Wins Center's Excellence in Teaching Award
LaSalle (Photography) has been awarded the 2009 Excellence in Teaching Award from Center in Santa Fe, Mew Mexico.  The award honors a high school, college, or postgraduate teacher's dedication, and educators in all areas of photographic teaching nationwide are eligible.  LaSalle teaches at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.

MassArt Alumni Included in the 2010 DeCordova Biennial
Liz Nofziger '04 (MFA, SIM) and Oscar Palacio '98 (MFA, Photography) have been chosen as featured artists in this year's DeCordova Biennial.

Frank '73 and Francine Ozereko '73 at Fuller Craft Museum
Ceramicists Frank and Francine Ozereko, both alumni from the class of 1973, have collaborated on an installation created especially for the Great Room gallery at Fuller Craft Museum.
